As much as I love a good blog post (obviously), there’s something about YouTube—watching someone explain it, demo it, or just talk it out—that helps it stick. Whether you’re deep into private practice life or just starting to dip your toe into online business, YouTube can be a gold mine.
I’ve rounded up 5 YouTube channels I think every dietitian should check out—whether you’re looking for smart business advice, clinical education, or just someone who gets what it’s like to be an RD in today’s world.
And yes, I included mine—because if you’re here, you’re probably trying to grow your practice, show up online, and not scream at your website in the process!
I compiled some of the best YouTube channels for dietitians and nutritionists to watch:

Kim Rose Dietitian
Kim Rose is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator with nearly a decade of experience, and her channel is full of practical, down-to-earth advice. She covers a mix of content for patients and fellow dietitians—so whether you’re brushing up on counseling tips or looking for snack inspo, she’s got you.

Abbey Sharp
Abbey is a registered dietitian and one of the most recognizable nutrition voices on YouTube. Her channel is packed with myth-busting videos, celebrity diet reviews, and thoughtful breakdowns of nutrition trends—served with a side of sass and science. If you like your education with a little edge (and a lot of credibility), Abbey’s your go-to.

EatRightGuy
Germaine Guy, MS, RD, CSR, LDN is a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer passionate about health, nutrition, and living a balanced life. His channel has a lot of great content specifically for RD students, or those who want to pursue dietetics!

GaryVee
Okay, this one’s a little unexpected—but hear me out. Gary Vaynerchuk isn’t a dietitian, but his advice on brand building, attention, and digital marketing is wildly applicable to any business owner. I don’t agree with everything he says (I’m more of a “post when inspired” than “post 47 times a day” person), but his videos always get me thinking—and taking action.

Jess Creatives (yep, that’s me!)
My channel is where I nerd out about websites, SEO, content strategy, and tech—all the behind-the-scenes stuff that helps dietitians grow their business without burning out on social media. I’ve also interviewed other RDs on my podcast, and I love sharing what’s working (and what’s not) when it comes to showing up online.
If you’ve ever wanted someone to just show you what button to click or what to say on your homepage, I’ve probably got a video for that.
Whether you’re looking for marketing tips, clinical wisdom, or career advice, YouTube has something for you. The best part? You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Got a favorite channel I didn’t include? DM me on Instagram and tell me what you’re watching! I’m always looking for new channels to add to my “watch while I fold laundry” queue.
