Think about how you can serve your past clients – what do they need? How can you continue your relationship with them? When I thought about that, then I started my membership and invited my past clients first.
It wasn’t until a few months later that I held a free challenge, and at the end of the challenge, pitched the members to join. At the beginning of the year, I did a flash enrollment period to the membership, with an on-demand training, with a pitch at the end.
