What Wordpress analytics tools do I recommend for business owners? There are two “categories” of tools that you should install and use.

The first is a Google Analytics plugin, like Exact Metrics or Monster Insights. This gives you all of the data based on clicks, time on website, bounce rate, and so on. This gives you the good website data about what content is converting and where people are looking.

The second is a heat map tool, like Hot Jar or Crazy Egg. These both will give you a heat map that shows you where people are specifically clicking, how far they scroll, etc.

Looking at your analytics and website data gives you a lot of good info to see what you might need to tweak on your own website!
