THE FORM CHECK
You’re staring at the screen. You’ve read the blog post three times. You’ve adjusted the padding on that sales page section five times.
But you still haven’t hit Publish.
You just want expert eyes on it before you share it online.
Think about it like going to the gym.
You know how to squat. You know how to deadlift. You don’t need someone to move your legs for you. But even the best athletes have a trainer watch their form to ask, “What am I doing wrong?”
The trainer is pointing out when your feet are too wide, or your hips need to drop. Small tweaks that make a massive difference in your results (and keep you from getting hurt).
That is exactly what this service is for your business.
I am your website trainer. You do the heavy lifting (building the page), and I watch your form (feedback on clarity, SEO, and flow) so you can get stronger results.
How The Form Check works each month:
1. You submit one page per week 🤓
Every Monday, you send me one thing. It can be:
-
A new sales page you’re about to launch
-
An old “About” page that feels stale
-
A blog post you wrote but aren’t sure is optimized
-
A page you set up but suspect has some issues
2. You ask specific questions about the page
(Or just ask for “general feedback”)
Tell me what you’re worried about specifically.
“Is this copy clear?” “Did I mess up the SEO settings?” “Does this layout look weird on mobile?”
3. I send you expert feedback (async)
Within 3 to 5 business days, you’ll get a Loom video or a Google Doc with comments. I won’t just say “fix this”—I’ll tell you why.
You learn as you go. You fix the page. You hit publish.
What we can cover
This isn’t just about making things look pretty. It’s about making your website sell for you. We can look at:
- Design: Visual hierarchy, spacing, and layout.
- Copy: Clarity, tone, and making sure you sound like you.
- SEO and AEO: On-page optimization to help you get found.
Members can submit:
-
Home pages
-
Services or sales pages
-
Blog posts before publishing
-
SEO pages that “should be working”
-
Updated pages they want sanity-checked
-
Drafts that feel close… but not quite there
If it’s a page or a post, it’s fair game.
Keep in mind, if you miss a week, submissions don’t roll over.
Consistency is part of what makes this work. Just like the gym, you can’t save up all your workouts for December 31st. I want you to get into the rhythm of creating, reviewing, and publishing “ordinary” wins every single week.

The biggest win isn’t just the feedback, it’s how much easier all of this gets.
You build better instincts and confidence instead of outsourcing your thinking, or sitting on drafts for months and months.
This is especially helpful when:
-
You’ve been in business a while
-
Your site mostly works but isn’t pulling its weight
-
You know something’s off but can’t pinpoint it
-
You don’t want another full overhaul
✓ This is for you if:
-
You’re actively publishing or updating content
-
You want feedback, not delegation
-
You’re tired of guessing what matters most
-
You want your site and blog to convert and rank better
-
You value clarity, structure, and thoughtful strategy
✘ This is not for you:
-
You want someone to write or rewrite your content
-
You want someone to re-design your pages
-
You’re looking for coaching calls or accountability
-
You want instant results without implementation
-
You’re not actively working on your site or content

Have questions?
What if I have follow-up questions to your feedback?
If you want some clarification on what I meant in my feedback, that’s totally fine. But, this is not a back-and-forth discussion each week. If you’d like additional feedback after you make changes, you can re-submit the page or post the following week or another time.
Will you send me tutorials on how to fix something?
No, this is strictly feedback on design or SEO.
Will you rewrite my copy for me?
No, but I’ll give you some suggestions.
I’ll tell you what’s working, what’s not, and why, plus exactly what I’d fix first. You make the updates.
Can I submit more than one page at a time?
Each Form Check is one page or post + one primary question.
That constraint is what keeps the feedback sharp and useful.
If you’ve got multiple pages in progress, you’ll rotate through them week by week.
Is this for beginners or experienced business owners?
It’s for either! This is a good fit if you’re actively working on your site or blog, regardless of where you’re at in business.
And sure, you could ask ChatGPT, but AI doesn’t have context or real-world experience across hundreds of sites and pages 🙂
What is your refund policy?
Once you’ve submitted at least one Form Check, there are no refunds for that month or any previous months. I cannot (nor can any other SEO experts) truly guarantee results as Google has their own algorithms that fluctuate, nor can I guarantee you’ll make a certain number of sales because of this.
