My design process
A strategic + streamlined process for turning “great provider” into “the provider everyone’s talking about.”
You didn’t spend years becoming excellent at your job to lose a client to someone whose website just happens to look more legit than yours. That’s not a design problem you can Canva your way out of, it’s a strategy problem.
Step 1
Find out if we’re a good match.
You reach out, I respond within 1-2 business days with a quote, and if you want to talk it through first, we hop on a call or trade voice memos until we’re both confident this is a fit. Once it is, I send the contract and invoice, and your spot is locked in.
Fair warning: I’m usually booked 3-5 months out for full site builds.
Step 2
I dig into your business and brand.
You fill out my questionnaires, which is more thorough than it sounds and exists so I’m not guessing at who you serve or what you actually do all day.
A month or two before we kick off, we get on a strategy call where I tell you exactly what I need from you and how we’re going to position you as the person patients and clients search for by name, not just by symptom. You’ll leave that call with a real plan (and yes, some homework), not a mood board.
Step 3
Design and development, or as I call it, the fun part.
I build 2-3 pages first so we can agree on the direction before I run with it. Once you sign off, I build the rest of your site around your branding, your copy, and layouts that are actually designed to convert, not just look nice in a screenshot.
You get three rounds of revisions, which is usually more than enough, but I’ve never once told a client to stop asking.
Step 4
SEO, because a beautiful website that nobody finds is just a very expensive hobby.
I run full on-site SEO so you show up for the keywords your ideal patients and clients are actually typing into Google at 11pm. Headlines, meta descriptions, all of it gets built to make Google take you seriously. And since most of that traffic is showing up on a phone, your site gets optimized to look just as sharp there as it does on your laptop.
Step 5
Launch day, and then I don’t disappear
Your new site goes live. You get access to my tutorial library so small updates don’t require a panicked email to me, though you also get email support at no extra cost if you’d rather just ask. No mystery tech, no radio silence after you’ve paid me.
