To start your project, inquire here — I’ll reply within 1-2 business days with a quote and next steps. If you’d like, we can voice memo or hop on a quick call to make sure we’re a good fit!

Then, I’ll send over a contract and invoice to officially reserve your spot. Please note: I typically book out 3-5 months in advance for website design projects!

Before we start, you’ll complete a quick brand and website questionnaire to help me fully understand your practice and ideal audience. 

About 1-2 months before your project, we’ll have a strategy call to discuss your business’s positioning and what I’ll need from you before your design starts (like team headshots).

When your project starts, I’ll design 2-3 pages and get your feedback to make sure we’re aligned on the look and feel of your site.

Then, I’ll design and build the entire site, integrating your brand, copy, and high-converting page layouts. You’ll get 3+ rounds of revisions to make sure everything is exactly how you want it.

I’ll do a complete SEO setup for your site to make sure it ranks for the right keywords on search engines (yes, this includes AI engines!). 

Before we launch, I’ll also test for speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience, make sure your integrations and booking systems work perfectly, and set up analytics so you can measure your website’s performance over time.

It’s time to launch your brand-new, SEO-focused website! I’ll handle all the “techy” parts, like connecting your domain and letting search engines know to check out your new site, while you relax and celebrate.

After launch, you’ll also get access to my website tutorial library so you feel empowered and prepared to make updates, and I’ll stay on hand via email support for small tweaks and questions (at no additional cost to you).
